If you need a tow, call this company!!!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT, I PROMISE!!!!!!!! From the time I called the main phone to the time the tow truck(aka Felix)… read more got to me, I waited at most 45 minuets. ******Felix deservers a raise because he was able to tow my car out without even a scratch on it.******* When a previous AAA tow truck came earlier the guy said it was impossible to tow my car without either turning it around (the car would not move even pushing it in neutral since my wheel was detached as well as my axel and control arm were on the ground), or doing even more damage that would total my car, or getting another truck with a dolly and wheel lift. Felix did not even need those tools. He was able to pull my car out of the driveway and hook it up without any more damage happening. He is damn good at his job and for the shit day I had yesterday, he made it just a little bit better with his personality and skills. Background (THIS PART IS NOT ABOUT DUVALL!!!): I was stranded in an unfamiliar area 40 minutes away from home and because I have a premium plan with AAA, I called them first. They said they would have a tow truck to me by 2:18pm. The first tow truck arrived at 4:30pm and they said they couldnt tow it without causing serious damage (explained more previously). In total, I was waiting for AAA for about 7 hours when they told me they could not tow my car until the next day. Long story short, I will be getting a refund from my premium membership and canceling AAA.

He took my information, gave me a reasonable price, and said that someone was on the way. 15 minutes later, my car was being loaded on the truck. The whole process was easy and quick, and the driver, Kirk, was so very nice, friendly, and professional. I am keeping their number in my phone in case I ever need towing service again.
